Those of you that have ridden with Stan and I lately know that I need new tires...bad. I definately need them before our next riding trip, and Stan is just dying to get his bike dirty again, soooooo...What kind of tires do you guys recommend, and who has the best prices? I'm probably going to order some Dunlops(no, not an extra gut, a new set of knobbys) from Bob's, and was wondering if they have pretty good deals, and what model to get. I'd like to have a set that would last a while, but is under $120 for both. Whadya' think??

I have a pretty decent Dunlop 756 (?) sittin in the garage I was fixin to throw away this week that you'd be welcome too

Taraker, I appreciate the offer, but, as rarely as I change tires(and the pain it is for me) I guess I'll go ahead and get some new ones. Hope to see you out at Muenster again!

I've heard Rocky Mt has some good deals on tires:

Shipping is what kills you on mail order tires. Make sure you price them including all the shipping and handeling charges.

Yep Rocky Mountain has great tire prices - maybe check out Maxxis tires, too. About $40 a tire and they will last forever.
