For those who didn't figure it out (there are a bunch of you, don't feel bad ), I put a code hack in place that inserted the member name of whoever looked at the thread. No one was singled-out, no ones nickname was abused, lol. >>>

I assume you are using the session variable to display our user name. Of course it wouldn't work on the main site because we haven't logged in yet.

My computor kicked me off line when I clicked on my DRN rider of the year post that i was about to veiw. I was so shocked that I called my wife and told her I was voted DRN rider of the year. I told her I didn't know what it was about yet but I'd call her back..... Now I can tell her it was just a cruel evil joke by the Okiewan.

:confused: This is still to funny.... Got me good.... Atleast I didnt call my wife... I was close though... Real close.... It would have just added fuel to the fire... Last sunday I spent about 2 hours trying to get the mower started... It sat all winter and wouldnt start.... I pushed it to the side of the house and told the wife I was going to Sears for a new one....... Anyway the wife looked at it and said "Whats this little bar/lever thingy? Doesnt it have to be pulled in to run?" Doh! Boy I sure feel like an and Okie just added some C-12 to the fire........

I see you are using PHP where I am familiar with ASP. Is the " auto name hack "more like an include or is it a function?

That's funny!!!!!!! I copied the auto name hack and its tags into my message. When I submited the post the wording disappeared. I had to drop the tags to get it to display. Looks like an include to me if I were using ASP.
