I have the Yoshimura Tri-Oval. It's all titanium and it's the lightest exhaust available for the CRF450. I love it, it really woke up the sleepy bottom end and the thing absolutely rips right off the bottom now. Yoshimura has been the leader in streetbike racing exhaust systems for years now, their stuff is the best and it holds up great. The downside is that it's very expensive... I don't know that I would have spent so much if I had to pay full price for it.
I think the only other system as highly rated is the FMF full titanium system with power bomb header although that system gives a big hit like a 426 and takes away from the CRF's smoothness. It's about the same price and a few ounces heavier.
They also make a couple of inexpensive slip on mufflers for the CRF that are pretty much the same (in terms of power/noise/cost) as other brands available.
