i need parts

i need some parts for my 82 can am 250. the basic things that i need are (kickstarter, fenders, seat, and gas tank.) IF anyone has any parts or information on where i can find some please write back.

how would you like an entire 1984 ASE? I'd hate to part with mine (my first bike) but I need cash. The rod is bent in the motor and the piston is trash. Cylinder never bored and in excellent shape. Stock hi pipe like the ASE's have, akront wheels are in perfect shape with an extra rear rim and hub (needs spokes). The kickstarter shaft is sheared off also but I still have the lever (needs a new knuckle), plastic in good condition, tank slightly yellowed. Seat base and foam are excellent but the cover isn't so good. Make me an offer on it and I'll set you up with every Can-Am item I have. Gaskets, extra clutch assemblies, it's all just taking up space in my basement.

it's not been a bad bike, Can-Am's are of a different flavor and it takes a gifted rider to make them go wouldn't you say 
As I said the motor is apart, the connecting rod is bent so the crank needs a rebuild, and the kickstarter shaft is broken as is very common with these bikes. the pipe isn't dented at all, the stock silencer is in pretty good condition, the wheels are the gold annodized and the front wheel has faded, don't know why they do it but most of them I've seen are like this. All the electrical components work great, all the ignition is included also. Where are you located? I don't have much time off from college to help much with delivery but we could work something out. I'll consider any offers on the bike as I'll probably never get the time to make it run again, it'd be of more use to you if yours just needs some parts.

well are you willing to sell just some parts off of the bike? i cant afford it right now and like you said you need the money. so think about it. chase

sorry chase, won't part out the bike because if I do decide to fix it then I won't have the parts I'd need. If you come up with the money I'll probably still have it, did you try Rick at the vintage shed to see if he has a kicker?
