I'm about to service my forks and change my springs. I weigh about 200lbs and I'm going with .46 springs in the front and a 5.5 spring in the rear.
How much oil should I go with in the forks?
What should my front end sag be adjusted to?
What should my rear sag be set at?
What should I end up with for an unladen sag?
What should all the clickers be set at?
I ride and race mostly motocross but the tracks are very jumpy almost supercross like. Need something that will hold me up and absorb the bumps from roughed up tracks as well. Gee, who doesn't want that?

The stock oil level should be fine for your bike.. 375cc.. My question is why are you using .46 and a 5.4? Thats rather stiff in the rear.. But whatever... Start with your clickers in stock postions and use a good tunning guide and dial it in from there.. Contrary to most tunners, there are no silver bullets for average condtions.. only you can dial the bike in, and me telling you to run 12 clicks of compression is no more effective than you running 14 clicks of compression for a base-line..
As for sag, you won't get good free sag numbers with that combo, so set your rider sag and go for it!

It was a suggestion from a good suspension guy here in Florida. He suggested to go with a 5.6 in the rear. He will eventually be valving my suspension. I just needed to do something to get it to quit bottoming everywhere right away. I have a 5.1 on the rear right now with the stock springs in the front and it's not doing the job. I have the bike well balanced but it's way soft.

I weigh about 200 to 205lbs. I'm running .44's in the front and 5.1 in the rear. My suspension has been revalved for my riding style also.
I have very little bottoming problems. THe balance is great and it's plenty plush on the braking bumps etc. but sucks it up on the harder hits.
About the only time I've felt it bottom was during acceleration up a jump face and intentionally compressing the suspension seat hopping. I could feel a slight bump. Had them rework the rear valving and all is good.
I've overjumped a couple of pretty big jumps set up like this and it handled it pretty well and it hooks up really good even on hard packed.

I just installed 45's and a 5.1 on my 01 Cr250 and also weigh about 200 with gear. This put my free sag in back at 25mm and my race sag right at 100. From what they told me at Factory Connection this is a perfect set up. I would be surprised if a 5.6 isn't way too stiff. I also used 10 wt oil in both chambers of my forks, but I might switch back to 5w because my forks entire travel feels stiff. Running 375cc of volume will definitely take care of your bottoming prob's. But I would stick to the 5w oil and run a little more volume. My .02
P.S. Is their a sag measurement for the forks also???
