i dont know, but some of my friends say you have to go within a time limit--no slower OR faster, which is dumb to me, but that's me.

Depends on the kind of enduro.
There's AMA format, Brand X format and Qualifier (FIM) format.

You need to go as fast as you can at all of them. The key is knowing when to go fast.
