2001 KX125 suspension adjustment

after putting new seals in my KX i rode today, and really focused on suspension performance because i had been riding with leaky seals for about 3 months. but anyway...my track has lots of little braking bumps, and they are killing the forearms!! but i put a zip ty on the fork leg, and in one lap, over my big jump, the fork is bottoming....so i dont need to run less compression do i? would this have something to do with the rebound adjustment? should i go faster or slower on the rebound to get the suspension to flow through these little bumps instead of trying to bulldoze through them? thanks

I would say take compression out, if it bottoms harshly, then add oil. Just a slightly educated quess though.

but i already have 90mm of oil in them....and the bottoming feel is really nice now.....im not sure....i think its in my rebound......any other opinions on this one?

RD,
Yes thats righrt! Adjust the rebound faster. However pay attention that you don't reduce corner control.

Regards,
Jer
