Well, I procrastinated too much and had to replace my leaky fork seal. I have never done anything to a bladder fork, but contrary to what I thought, it was no different than my 99 forks. Here are my questions:
Should I stay with FC's recommended oil height? The suspension is totally whacko for me, but I have to live with it untill funds are a bit more sufficient. What oil should I use and what height should I set it at?
Also, what is the procedure(detailed please) for setting the oil height in a bladder fork. Is it the same as a regular cartridge fork?
Thanks and please help, I have a race this friday and need to get these suspenders finished!
BTW, if it helps, the suspension bottoms over big jumps and is harsh on bumps. Seems odd to me. I am a B class rider, 155 pounds.

Kawie,
Checdk out my downloadable instructions. Secondly why does a fork that bottoms, and is still harsh surprise you? This is a great example of why suspension tunning that is sensitive to speed ranges.
Currently your forks have to much high-speed compression, and not enough mid-speed. You also may have an issue with compliancw, that is a combination of several diferent factors.

I looked at the instructions, but got confused where you say to drop the restrictive barrier in without lowering the dampning rod. What is this barrier? I thought it was the bladder, but there is no way that the bladder can go in after the fork is assembled. Maybe I will juse call you. What oil and level should I use and what is the proper bleeding procedure?
Oh yea, the faster I go, the better it works. Makes sense since the bike was previously a pro's bike.
BTW, is MX-Tech going to be at the southwick national again?

Kawie,
The RB is the plate that sits on the top of the Cartridge. Use a good fluid or M1ATF. 75mm if your bottoming. I'm not sure I'll be at the first three so making the fourth may be an issue.
