Well, I think I am going to bite the bullet and see if anyone is interested in this bike. My most recent ride was out @ Paragon for the NorthEast Spodefest. I had no problem keeping up to the new bikes and even passing a couple of them. Countershaft seal was leaking but that has been fixed. See specs below..

Top/bottom end, including brand new OEM crank, rod, big end bearings, complete top end, powervalves, FMF Rad Valve, Black powdercoated frame.New plastic, Gold Excel rims. Barnett Clutch kit, complete aluminum throttle assembly. 85% worn Dunlop D756, complete spare front tire/rim/rotor. Pivot Works rear suspension rebuilt, Swingarm bearings and all the linkage. Brand new OEM pipe, rear shock rebuilt in December. This bike is mint and the oil is changed every ride. (Silkolene Medium gear oil). I have spares like I said, complete front wheel, Barnett clutch springs (stockers are alot easier on the hands). Never raced, only trail ridden.

Even though this bike is a bit old, its by no means wore out. The mid/top range on this bike screams and likes to get the front tire up in the air occasionally All the important things have been replaced or rebuilt. I can email pics if interested. PM me for pricing.

Bump. Still for sale.

I'll vouch for the bike looking good, but I don't know about passing people at Paragon !

I'll vouch for this bike too. Ran good and easily kept up.

Huck, are you getting another? I hope?

Not tired of this sport yet I just want to get into something a bit newer. I got my eye on a 95 KX250, I've heard really good things about those bikes. Going to check it out next week. Supposidly the motors make a tonne of power, which I need to haul my #$% around

I too am looking for a '90s KX250. However, I'm just starting to get into this thing, so I pretty much open. Is your RM250 still for sale?

Posted by: Hucker---------------------

Yup still for sale. PM me for pics...

Good luck with the new bike, whatever it is, Hucker! Just make sure you save a few $$ for barkbusters!

Hucker I sent you an e-mail about 10 days ago and got no response letting you know I still had some interest in the bike and looking for a bottom line price so I could figure out my end cost with shipping. Also was wondering if crating the bike for shipping was possible? Anyone else know a good (economical) way to ship a bike within Canada? Also mentioned that there was a 95 KX250 here for sale and the price so you had a comparison to the one you are looking at but my Ginkoba must be wearing off as I can't recall the price now, I'll check my e-mails when I get home from this night shift and see if i can resend the e-mail.

Hrm, never got a email. You can either PM me or use bill@fdns.net
