Hi, Does anyone know of a manufacturer who makes a plastic gas tank for an 89XT350 Yamaha?

Clarke Makes one. I got one for a 91 XT 350 years ago from them.

I am also looking for mods for my XT, if you know of any please let me know. Right now all I can find is an exhaust from Cobra. The plastic tank might be the next thing I get. Does it weigh alot less then the metal one?

Yes Clarke does make a good tank, It look good and hold 4.0 gal. I put it on my 1989 XT350. There main office is located just down the road for my house. I also have a Clarke tank on my XR250L. They are good people!

I have a white Clarke tank for the XT350 that I can sell you. I used it for one season and it is in real good shape. It was $145 new and I'll sell it for $60 plus whatever it costs for shipping. Contact me at dlroy@nova.org if you are interested.
