need more stiffness

I own a 93' xr250r, my front suspension is to soft for me and I am sort on cashwhiner: . so I need any in expensive ideas.please help. :

dosent that bike have air caps? Pump them up to 12 psi and see if that helps.

The air valves are there to release the pressure that builds up while riding. I wouldn't recommend putting any air in them.

If your fork springs are made up of two springs, one long one and one short one (usually about 1-1/2 to 2 inches), remove the short spring and replace it with a piece of PVC tubing that is the same length as the short spring. This will increase the spring rate. If you have one long fork spring, you might experiment with adding just a very small piece of PVC tubing to increase the spring preload. The air pressure thing might also help a little, but I wouldn't go too high.
