Another Rookie Question

I was talking to a dealer today and he showed me a 2000 I believe yz250. he claims it was only ridden 10 hours it a consignment sale. It seem to me that I see on a lot of internet sales post people put only ridden 10 hours so I am wondering is this guy B.Sing me it seems like a huge wate new bike and only ride it 10 hours and they are asking 3500 but said could proably sell for around 3200. what do you guy think. Oh yeah and is ther anything to look out for on that particular Bike.
