Does anyone have any experience with the Thumper Racing Exhaust insert for an XR200R? I want to add more power to my bike, mostly in the low end, but it must be fairly quiet. Thanks.

I put one in my XR600. It's not too loud (well into the 90db area) but still allows decent performance.

I'd go for it, the 200 is somewhat lacking of power and is acceptably quiet.
