At Marquette, Mi. Key time 8.00 am EST. Pays D 14 and D 16 points.
Will be having a kids (fun) enduro Saturday 6/22, with a 1.00pm key time.
Some info: Primitive camping available on site. Food vendor will be on premises Saturday and Sunday. Spagetti feed Saturday nite. Enduro registration ($35) includes food voucher. S/A required. Lights, plates, etc not required.
Looks like the enduro will be about 60 ground miles. There will be two gas stops (or availables), at separate locations, so two gas cans would be beneficial if you need to utilize both gases. We are working on the trail; everything looks good -- some new trail and some old trail -- should be a really good race!

How did the enduro go?
I was there on Friday and Saturday but could not stay for the enduro because of work.

Enduro went great! The riders seemed to enjoy the challenge!
I don't have/remember the results exactly -- but I'll post them as soon as I can get them from the referee (tonight sometime, I hope).

I was there helping out the club. Sorry I missed you Layton. Maybe we will meet on your next trip to Michigan. I did meet Doc, but did not talk to him on Sunday.
The guys I talked to (A riders) were exhausted after the A loop at the end. Everybody was challenged and it was a true enduro. Great job Magoo!!!!!

Magoo, Great race and yes I was tired. That was one knarly A section. Rain felt good, just made it hard to see. When you get the results please post, there are a lot of us who had to take off for the long drive home who have no idea how we stacked up. Thanks for doing the race.

I don't have all the results yet, but if you let me know what class you ran, I'll be sure to forward the relevant info to you (I'll be happy to email or PM, if you'd rather!).

Magoo, I ran Vet A and droped 86 points. Thanks for the reply. My buddy Jeff Kirkwood was in the Senior A and I think he droped 125.

Muddobber,
I know Jeff Kirkwood, not sure who you are. But I would bet you live near Upland. Details.........
Mully
Posted by: muddobber---------------------
Yes I do Mully, about 30 minutes southwest of Upland. Long drive to Marquette but worth it. Except for all the chiggers in my body from camping in a tent. I hate tents.

Nice work, Brent! How's about a First Place - Vet A trophy for the mantle?
If you're going to any other D14 enduros, I could probably deliver it to you.
Your buddy finished just off the podium with a Fifth Place - Senior A.
I know all about LONG DRIVES to enduros....
