01 DRZ "E" Titled and Plated

A good friend of mine has decided to sell her 01 DRZ400E due to an old sports injury that recently resulted in her getting a bunch of disks fused. 
Its titled and plated to ride on the street, although not totally street legal. She added the Acerbis tail/brake light and rear brake switch from Baja Designs but left everything else off. (no horn, signals, ect)
She is 48 and just trail rides. The bike has the low gel seat, Acerbis Rally Pro hand guards, ProTaper bars, B&B case saver, and the Baja Designs skid plate.
It has had the standard re-jet and the airbox lid removed and the exhuast can modded.
Its got very low ours and is in excellent shape.
She needs to get 4200 out of it.
