Greenville is a good fast woods course. I really liked their layout in the winter series, but nothing really comes to mind about it. But then again I enjoy every race that I go to, see ya' there.
Posted by: Andres---------------------
Where is so info on this race. Please help want to race this weekend
Posted by: KyKTM835---------------------
The Mid-South website has info on the Summer series races-

Do you like rocks , ruts , rocks and whooped out trails with rocks?
It really isn`t that bad of a trail , just been used a lot like most of the other race sites.

Go to the www.msws.org website for info. click on summer camp for the summer schedule. Directions etc. is there as well as a contact #. If you want to race it should be a good one. Lets hope they get a little rain though. Cya

Cannonracer:
You must mean Landon Carter and Glynn Hollingshead, when you refer to the Perry Mountain gang taking names. I don't think anybody has anything to worry about with the likes of "Classic Clutchless Kawy Chad Earl" or Taylor "no wisdom teeth" Reynolds being there.
Mr. Earl:
Fred Sanford called, he wants his motorcycle back.
Posted by: ADS---------------------
HA,HA, Fred Sanford, that's classic!!!
Posted by: Cannonracer---------------------
No I mean Frank Litsey when ever he gets his knee well
Posted by: jc220---------------------
does not really matter who shows up from perry mountain if pa allen and dustin gibson come
Posted by: kawy---------------------
P.A. & Dustin both were at Perry Mountain when Landon Carter won the event neither were even close.
Posted by: Cannonracer---------------------
By the way Perry Mountain has Chad Earl on the line. Ask P.A. who passed him just before they brokedown at pmmc!!
Posted by: 612---------------------
What is the key word in the reply above from Cannonracer????Anybody???? I think the key word is 'brokedown'! Unless something has changed in my 30 years on this great planet, I thought racing was seeing who could FINISH a competitive event in the quickest time. So I guess if Cluthless Classic "Somebody please steal this kx so I can get another one" Earl, did not finish, it doesn't really matter who he passed on the way to his 1-2 mile journey.
Posted by: Cannonracer---------------------
Just to let you know Earl and the KX are know 2 for 2!!!
Posted by: Roughrider---------------------
hey cannonracer, the $64,000.00 question? who did the name taking this weekend!

Race report anyone?

It was HOT! Pretty good turn out. Although, some of the fast guys were at the GNCC. 7.8 mile course. Dusty in places, muddy in places, but for the most part a pretty good ride. There was one turn at the end of fast trail that I just couldn't seem to make...blasted thru it 4 out of 5 laps. There was one pretty nice log crossing. They tied a small log next to a large tree laying on the ground at the top of a hill. It made a good ramp until the smaller log broke loose...then it got tricky. Landon Carter overalled the race. Can't remember who was second.

Carter took names. It seems to me most the real men were at the midsouth race. Who was at hte gncc that is fast besides P.A.?
Posted by: jc220---------------------
Dustin Gibson was at the gncc. Is carter going to run any of the Mid South Winter Series?
Posted by: Cannonracer---------------------
Who's Dustin Gibson, is he any good?
Posted by: jc220---------------------
He finished 2nd overall in most of last winter series and won pretty much every 250A race. He has been running 200A in gncc and won the Loretta gncc 200A class. Finished 3rd in 250A at Okeechobee gncc. Yeah he's pretty good.
Posted by: Cannonracer---------------------
If he's so good why don't he ride AA. Sounds like he needs to get that sand out of his boots to me.
Posted by: ktmracer---------------------
when did the cannonracer decide to move to the A class??
Posted by: littlerm---------------------
Dustin will be riding AA next year in Mid-South. He's fast as hell, and very young. He probably will be a factory rider before too long.
Posted by: kawy---------------------
Cannonracer loves to talk alot but he is not all talk. At the 06/30/02 Mid-South race he rode the A class for the first time and lead a couple of laps before finishing second. He is also very young just recently turned 16 years old and will be at the next Mid-South race on 07/21/02. We will have to see what he can do when he lines up next to Dustin. I will have to go with Dustin for now but lookout in the next couple of years. I sure these two paths will cross many times in the next ten to twenty years.
