Switching Teams Question

Does anyone remember when we usually have the final word on riders that switch teams? (I don't remember when RCs switch was official) I know about all the rumors but the suspense is killin' me...

This is the latest inside information I got:- RC tells Honda to shove it and switches to Suzuki
- Kevin Windham is going to ride a KTM200SX in the AX series only
- Stephane Roncada decided to go with the new GasGas team
- John Dowd, Jeff Stanton, and Bob Hannah plan on doing the X-games
- Team Yamaha fired everyone and got Doug Henry to come out of retirement
- Roger DeCoster, tired of not having any healthy 250 riders, dusts off his old Hallman leathers and jumps back into the fray
- Jeremy McGrath is bringing back Hodaka by being their factory rider, and bringing Singer Sewing machines in as an outside sponsor
- Steve Lamson is off of Husqvarna and moves to Team Escondido Cycle Center who will pay a $1,000,000 bonus if he wins a championship (honest)
