Pro Circuit for my KDX 220

I noticed in a recent dirt bike magazine there was a picture of a guy on a kdx who won some kind of desert competition, he had a sweet looking bike and what i noticed most was the suspension, it had gold pro circuit forks with plastic fork gaurds that gave it a mx look. I was wondering if this was possible to do on my kdx since it doesn't have the greatest suspension and how and where i could get it done. I looked at the pc website but it wasn't clear on selling just those forks and gaurds maybe somone knows where i could get them?
