suspension travel on lowered 94' kx80

hey everyone, i finally sold my kdx for a 94'kx 80, and it has been lowered. I wanted to know if this affects how much suspension travel the bike has (yeah i know it sounds stupid).

Well lets think about it. The suspension is LOWERed so it must have less travel.
