Which world renownd, highly regarded, and humble suspension tuner was responsable for setting up the Service Honda CR 500 Aluminum for Transworld MX. By the way, nice article. The suspension guy knew his stuff!

I wish I could afford one of them things, but MX Tech did the suspension. Was his name Jeremy and does he run a certain forum on this site I know? :D

Hey, a winner. I actually saw one of these bikes in real life. It took a minute to see why is was 6995.00 used. The work was excellent. Amazing, really. The bike looked more factory than modified.

The coolest bike there was a $12,000 honda cr 125. I thought why? Turns out it was a BBR Creation with a TTR 225 motor in it. Beautiful. The shop owner hated it. He said "What a good way to screw up a CR" The bike will not even wheelie! The bike is like new but has been sold 5 times. Everyone hates the underpowered thing.

Thanks Guys, that beutiful creation was none other than one of my good freinds Aj Waggoner's brain child... Several years ago he asked me to build some suspension for his personal bike.. Shortly after he asked me if I'd like help on the project.. It's been a pleasure working with AJ on the project and I hope we can do more of them in the future.. I don't know how many more of them we are going to make.

The bummer is I dont have a riding buddy right now as Aj is still out of action with his leg....

As for the Mini bike craze thing.. I've never understood it........

Jer

So when is the toy bike thing over..

You know.. I'm gonna vent here for a sec.. This spring I spend weeks helping Lance Smail get his 540 set up for the Canadian and first few US nationals.. Lance shows up at the WB four stroke race and does the BBR race on this little peice of $12000 Dung.. Then he has to line up for the pro race.. I was like give me a frikin break.. You exspect me to take you seriously when your out racing "toys" and then lined up for a 35 min moto and get worked beacuse your too tired from racing that little toy..

Anyway it was a fun day... At least the works been paying off in the Canadian nationals..

Br,
Jer

One thing that needs to happen is to have a decnt playbike built. I have a friend with a TTR 90. His kids have beat this poor thing to death. The rear shock would be better on a Moped than a real motorcycle. The only other option is a racing mini. The kids are too small for that.

Ha, trick question. There is no such thing as a humble suspension tuner.

It's actually quite entertaining when the American's come out and run the snot out of our boys. Makes for great racing. I didn't think it was that entertaining when some american kids from the B class came and raced against me a few weeks back and handed me my ass in a brown paper bags. What do you guys feed those guys up there?

Posted by: Jeremy Wilkey---------------------

CR,
