Yes it is possible to get a liscense plate for it. Fairly expensive, time consuming, and can be very aggravating!. The easiest, surest way is to get it all wired up with street legal wiring< all lights recquiered by law high/low headlight, turn signals, brake light, liscence plate light, tail light that has to stay on for atleast 15 minutes with the engine not running, and horn> 3 pictures showing all sides of the vehicle. get the proper form , take the bike and the pictures to a liscensed inspection mechanic. Have him inspect the vehicle making sure it is road worthy and sign the form stating that these pictures are indeed the bike he inspected and then send it off to Harrisburgh with luck it doesn't kick back. I have heard stories of people trying to get reconstructed/ homemade vehicles getting kicked back because the mechanic got grease on the paper work , couldn't read his hand writing, didn't like the pictures, no proper reciepts that the vehicle was bought and/or custom made. Knew someone who had to show where he bought the steel, axles , and tires for his home made trailer. Might be easier if you take it out of town to some body who deals with a lot of equipment that farmers register . Or better yet if you can get the state police to inspect it .Good Luck!!!
