Fork height and race sag affect jumping?

I have shift my fork tube down to the clamp 2mm from
previous setting and set my sag to 90mm.

Before i make the changes, the bike jump pretty well, don't have
high nose or endo effect.

But after adjusting, I have been jumping nose high today at the race, is the suspension affecting all this?
