Looking at these bikes....anyone know of problems with them, besides they dont have electric start feature?

They are rock solid bikes and there is a lot of information on them on DRN in the Thumper forum and here.
Good luck... you'll be happy with either of them if you use them for their intended purpose.

Thats the problem people have with xr's, they try to do things there not inteneded for. Its kinda funny this came up me and a neigbor hada discussi on why his 160 lbs kids xr100 frame is all busted up, all he does is "little" jumps.

So you cant jump an xr???? I weigh 180 and am looking at mostly 400s. I usually catch about 4 to 5 feet of air on the TTR and have no problems.

my dealer said that the xr suspension is getting alot better and it will absorb just about any you put it threw
oh and i jumped several xr's before with not even the suspention botteming wouldn't want big air tho i weigh 170

the bigger xr's CAN be jumped, but its not desgined to be. If you get heavier springs there shouldent be a problem
