A Yz 85???

Ok my name is Ryan Wagner and I have been riding MX and woods often. I wanna get a Yz 85 right now for racing and tarring around up in the woods. The bike I got right is just a TT-R 125L and its perfect for just riding around buyt not for racing!!So am I making the right choice for the YZ 85 or a different bike??

I would have to say that if you are under 5' the 85 is a good choice for RACING, the response is much different than ttr it will be a bar ripping feel the first several times until you adjust to the power band. Only you can choose a bike to fit your needs. Try to read the posts here and get and understanding of the other 80 and 85's available. Understand that 2 strokes are not the most friendly trail bikes, but if you have available tracks to ride, go for it. Good luck and be safe.

The RM has the best low end power and the kx and yz are next. CR has a good top end but for woods more so you might want the RM. You'll will have to probably shift more which is harder on the clutch and stuff so it's your call.
