Fox air shox

I just purchased a KTM MC5 and it has Fox Airshox on it, and they were collapsed for shipping.

Does anyone here know how much nitrogen should go in the upper and lower Schraeder valves for a 265 lb. rider? I ball park figure would be a great starting point.
