What good do new springs and revalving do to your bike. Are they hard to install you self? How much do they cost?

New springs, set up for your wt. and type of riding you do will balance out the susp. and revalving ,for the same will allow the bike to be smoother over the type of terrain you ride on. Get a manual for your bike and read the section on front susp. This will give you an idea of what to do and if you can do it. Fork springs $80 and shock $90.
