Top end rebuilding questions

I'm in the process of buying the parts necessary to do a top end job and have a few questions that you all might be able to help me with:

1) Any recommendations about who to buy from (i.e., Chapparel, Rocky Mountain, MAW, etc)?

2) Any recommendations about brands (for example, Wiseco vs. ProX for Piston Kit, and Cometic vs. Moose for gasket kit).

3) I notice that the kits don't come with the top end bearing. Should I replace it? If so, does it matter if I were to use, for example, a Wiseco bearing with a ProX piston?

4) I notice that the width of the various pistons are different. For example, the ProX piston that is in there is 65.94 mm while the standard Wiseco piston is 66 mm. Does the difference matter? If it does, I probably should stick with Pro X for the piston.
