KDX Ignitor

I was wondering if an ignitor from a 200 will work on a 250. My 1993 KDX250's ignitor fried last week and I am having trouble finding a used one. Is there any other model or year I can use? Any info would be great. Thanks!

Any liquid cooled KDX250 CDI should work. I'd expect there would be some KX250 CDIs that would work as well. What year KX is the liquid cooled KDX250 based on, a 91? If that were the case I wouldn't be surprised if KX CDIs from the same era will work as well. I'd check buykawasaki.com and have a look at the parts diagrams and see if any KX/KDX250 CDI part numbers cross over.
