V-Force or Rad Valve?

I'm sure this has been covered, I didn't find much on it though. I have an 01 CR250, PC pipe and silencer. I can't decide which reed valve, any suggestion? I'd like to add any bottom end possible. Thanks.

The vforce on the low setting will help but the 01Cr250 really needs the cylinder lowering as its set up for top end.

I would also like to know what the concensus is on the V-Force vs. the Rad Valve. Mainly for bottom end gains on CR250's. What about just the Boyesen Power reeds on the stock reed cage.

I've been looking for a thin base gasket, I thought cometic has one but I have not seen a anything but the standard. At least at Rocky Mount. MC, Know where I can get one?
