Just rebuilt, 2 hrs break in time only on fresh top end (new sleeved cylinder, p.valves, piston, bearing) fresh re-painted frame, red excel rear rim, very clean, fresh clutch, bottom end has one season on it and still tight, new fenders, good plastic, new fmf silencer, 90% rear tire, 70% front, new ceet seat cover, new moose bars, old renthals (bent) if you want em, RM250 stator/rotor so no light capability, still has wiring for them, but you would need to replace the rotor/stator to run lighting. Very fast bike, It has no prob keeping up with the '02s, if you can handle the landings! i.e. suspension is a little soft, but excellent for its year.
Now, whats wrong with it, it has a small hole in the pipe where it was smashed against a bolt on the frame in a crash. I put some JB weld on it to fix the leak and it doesnt seem to affect power at all, just thought id mention it. Also the right side panel has been bent and is kindof rough. Thats all thats wrong with it, and it is has been a great, reliable bike. Starts first kick every time. Im asking $1200/best offer. Call 641 637-2701, or 641 660-8136, my email is bracyd@hotmail.com
