On 9-14-02 the USFS will be conducting its annual volunteer trail work project. Meet in Downieville at 9:00am. There will be a reroute done on Butcher Ranch trail and some work on the upper portion of Second Divide trail. This is a great opportunity to work with the USFS and other user groups, such as Mountain Bikers. I encourage all who enjoy riding Downieville to attend and lend a hand. I hope to see many Northern California riders on 9-14-02.
