Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF vs. Mobil 75W-90 Gear oil??

Does anybody have experience with any of the above oils for a 2-stroke transmission?? I am having some problems with clutch slippage in my trans and would like to know which oil is better. The ATF is cheaper but I don't mind shelling out the cash for the better oil.

Never tried gear oil. How much riding time is on the bike. My recommendation is to pull out the clutch plates, measure them and see if they are within spec. Springs are pretty cheap so I'd recommend just going ahead and replacing them.
The odds are that the oil type is not the problem, worn clutch parts are probably the culprit.
