RM125 Suspension Set Up?

I have a 1999 RM 125 and I am an intermediate rider that weighs 175# I had the front forks revalved by Pro Action and the rear shock has a heavier spring and also Race Tech Gold Valve in it but I am having problems with the suspension swapping out and not getting enough rebound to clear jumps. What should I start at on the fork and shock settings? Whats your recomendations?

I have the same bike and I also had Pro-Action do a revalve but they did the shock also and the bike handles awesome. The only problem I get sometimes is a little headshake when riding on really hardpack but I have never touched the clickers.
