So I got all my stuff from Sudco. Very nice!
After fiddling with it, the air screw is 1.5 turns out. #6 slide with the CCH needle (from the KX bike, stocker) in the second from the top clip, and a 40 pilot/160 main.
Hits hard! no smoke at all. Plug chops look good also! Hope that helps someone else dial the bike in.

I use a 42 pilot and a 162 main. Stock #5 slide with 1 mm off of bottom and cut out relieved .5 mm, stock needle two from top, air box lid removed. It is running the best it ever did. I tried to go leaner but with no luck.
