Hot Cams?

Anyone here try these yet? I did a search and found some posts about them making cams, but no reports from anyone actually using them. I have a 99 yz400 and would like more mid to top end power. Any advice on combinations of parts or modifications to get more high rpm power would be appreciated also. Thanks

I've run them in my simulation program and they looked good on a big bore engine but I haven't had a chance to install and test the set I ordered for my YZF444.

UK SuperMoto racer Jon Escombe was kind enough to share the dyno data from his YZF tuning with me and Bill Berndt (SFO). Jon's data included Hot Cams in some of the combos.

Thank you. That's the kind of info I was looking for. Is the 444 a big bore only or is the stroke increased also? The Hotcam website says their cam works better with bigger bores, so that might be the way to go.Also [sorry for all the questions] does VP ultimate4 compare to either the phillips or nutec fuels shown on those dyno runs?

The 444 setup is a 97mm big bore with a standard stroke. Can't help with the fuel question I'm afraid - have only used the Elf fuels...

Thanks. I just spent the last couple hours reading old posts on this stuff, I think I've got a winter project now.I just don't have the time or money to dyno test so many different combinations of parts, so I'm hoping to leech the knowledge of people like you guys, again thanks.
