KX85 Suspension set-up

Is there a rule of thumb for setting race sag on the rear suspension. Rider is about 100 lbs, any info would be helpful i.e., if there is "x" amount of shock travel, the unloaded sag should be "%x" and the loaded sag should be "%x". XRdad

XRDAD,
75-85 mm should suffice for Rider Sag, fre sag 10-15
