How do I adjust KTM WP 43 forks?

Okay, Im pretty new to the technical side of riding. I just bought an '00 400EXC, which I love, and Im working to get the suspension set up for me. I see the rebound clicker on top of the forks, but I have no idea how to adjust compression or preload for the forks.
I weigh about 155 before gear. Would the stock springs be okay for my weight. I ride mainly bumpy fire roads, fairly high speed and want a plush ride.
Also, the top of the forks, where the rebound clicker is, is about a quarter inch above the triple clamp lip. Is this the stock height?
Thanks for any info, Colin

Colin,
Your compression adjuster is at the bottom of the fork. Your baseline or middle of the road clickers are more than fine for starters. Set your free sag and go ride! Use my tunning guide.. Just search for Offroad tuning guide!
