I was just wondering if anyone else was going to the World Series?


I have game one seats for Sat. right off third base. Anyone else?

I'll be there, "in the crowd" carefully eyeballing guys in long coats. Just look for me, I'll have the rainbow afro on and will probably be selling peanuts.

Nice Okie, very nice. Twinny's actually getting away with it cause he was supposed to do the whole week in a tutu and wash my bike every day! But since I'm such a nice guy, I'll settle for the parade lap and single bike wash.

Now everybody loves baseball...
It is very fashionable to go to a game/event that poor folk can't afford.
I am sooooo jealous.
You are going to love pacbell park, it is the best ballpark I have ever been in.
Who are the Angels anyways?

In a staff meeting Friday, my boss pulls out an envelope with 4 tickets to game 4, box seats. He wants to give them to staff members who really want to go, there are 6 of us, so its obvious not all of us get to go.

I say "Who's in the World Series this year?" and they all go "Natalie's not going!"

Oh well, have fun guys!!!!

Yeah, I know, but it's hard not to get excited. I've been a Giants fan through some pretty crappy times (since 1972) and I'll never get over the sweep in '89. I want to see a severe thrashing of those guys from the AL , then I can go to my grave happy and content.

Game 1 was great!!!!

I sat next to Britney Spears. She was so cool to invite me back to her limo to go out and party! :thumb:

It was almost as good as riding to DW02 with the rat and Paul Bundy


Honestly the game was great, I heard our seats were being scalped for over $800. We sat right off third base on the field level.

There were lots of hottie's to scope out and a lot of poser's on cell phones for nine innings. You know the typical World Series , Superbowl type crowd! But it was good to see a few of us regular die hard fans got in also.

It's a pretty cool series for me My favorite NL team = The Giants (big fan of Dusty Baker) and AL = the Angels (raised here) / Yankees (born there).

I hope it goes 7
