Posting too quick?

Can anyone help me with posting. Every time I post I get a nasty little message saying that I can't post more than every 30 sec, even though it's been 2 or 3 days. I then have to hit the back button, wait 30 secs and retry which always works. I know more about knitting than computers, so have no idea what to do.

Try clicking the submit reply just one time rather than double clicking it.

If you are using a three button mouse you will need to go into your mouse drivers folder in your "Control Panel" and deselect the double click for one click option that is offered for windows.
