I bought a 2002 cr125 fitted a dep pipe and v force, had loads of problems from new, it now runs ok but it has no guts. My son still has another year in schoolboy racing, there is a great temptation to buy a KTM 125 but whats worth doing to the cr to get it up to the power of the other makes ? I am waiting for comments on the new models for next year, any reports on what is good ?

Try the v force on the low setting,use a BR8EG plug.Install a decent piston like a wiseco or vertex.A ignition helps alot on the 02 but costs alot.
