The guy has the right to what he wants to say. He should not have to worry about somebody with a paintball gun. No matter how much you hate someones views this kind of action is pretty low.

Gotta love people who are out to give us a bad name. It wouldn't surprise me if these morons didn't even ride bikes. They're probably a bunch of wannabe Jeremy MCGRAFF'S with those finger bikes. I feel for the people that are getting their signs destroyed. Wonder if some people here on this site would be willing to help out the people who are getting their property torn up. Atleast send them a note to let them know we're not all that way.

That is from the man with the sign and it bothers me very much. I think the riders (if in fact they are doing this) are going about protesting this all wrong. Maybe some sort of agreement to be made on hours of operation or preparation for some sort of sound barrier. I'm not saying that they should just lay down, but vanalisum is not the way to solve it. They should be painting a positive image and not running about pegging people with paint guns :flame:

MX raping farmland......when its his own land......and not illegal......but then again the neighbours they have a right to put up signs if they are not happy.....and shooting people with paintballs......I dunno.......sounds like idiots dealing with idiots.

I feel the same as 2smoke. if I saw those signs, they would be pretty hard to ignore. and what CAN you do thats not illegal? sit around and hope they go away?

Exactly. Who likes verbal abuse? Both sides are way out of line in the handling of this. A man can do what he wants with his property (in regulations of the law). But should be aware of how it affects his neighbors. And I'm sure the older neighbor in the pic, does not like hearing bikes race throughout the day, but he should try to deal with it in a more diplomatic way. But mabey he did, and the signs were a way of venting frustration, because he couldn't do anything. And whoever shot the older couple, well I can't even say what I'd like to do with them. No matter what they couple put up. What a mess

Kays was about 25 feet from three trespassers when he was shot in the shoulder and knee with a paintball. Lavone Kays took a paintball in her left shoulder.
"I have a feeling that if they really destroyed or killed anyone, they wouldn't have cared," Kays said.
I guess they weren't there the last day of DW when I came upon an ElK post paint-ball attack by the dirtbike white trash known as Thump??
