Hello,
I`m going to remove the front wheel trip meter form the front axel and Id like to replace it with the correct size spacer.
When at the dealer I saw a 2002 Suzuki 250 that looked close.
Dose anyone know the part number that will work for a 2002 KDX 200
Cheers !

I did not replace with a spacer, but instead used a Ty Davis cable plug which fills the hole perfectly. I switch between enduro and mx setup in minutes. Just my 02.

You might want to remove the bevel gear inside the hub.

I just put a cap on mine too. I used the protective cover off of an R/C car glow plug. Fit perfectly.

i just filled mine with some silicone, i race it every weekend and i havent hand a problem with it yet

I filled mine with super blue wheel bearing grease(automotive). Works pretty good. Through two years of riding and who knows how many pressure washings I have added grease one time. Plus I think I can just put the cable back in and go.

Go down to your local hardware store and get a rubber cap/plug and fill the hole for less than a dollar. The screw will hold it right in there.
