Anyone change there pipe yet. What did you go to? What did it do?

don't have change it yet but i ordered an Akrapovik titane exhaust system and i'm waiting for it.
As i saw the dynochart it seems very similar to the stock but 2 powerhorses more at 7000 rpm's till 9300 rpm's(stock 8400 rpm's).
When i'll put it ,i'll let you know.
If interested here is the link : http://www.akrapovic-ai.si/main/cat...cts-catalog.htm :thumb:

I would buy the White Brothers E series RAMSEY exhaust. It is the only pipe that I've seen that makes more HP than stock across the whole powerband. All the dynos on other pipes lose power in some spot in the powerband. I've ridden an 02 with one and it was very powerful and quicker revving.

I'm going to order a Leo Vinci for my 450...i rode one with the LV on there (it was a pre-production pipe) and it was sweet

I've heard of the White Brothers E series pipe. Actually read an article in one of the magazines about it. The article raved about it.

Jaliveto, make sure it is the Ramsey pipe. I think there are two E series for this bike.

Make sure you get the Ramsey pipe it is awsome and improves power everywhere

I found the article on the Ramsey pipe. It is in Motocrowwaction magazine. It says that the head pipe and S-bend are made out of a nickel-chromium molybdenum matirx, which is lighter and stronger than titanium. The mufler canister is made out of aluminum. It says the the e-Series Race Exhause is 3 pounds 4 ounces lighter than the stock exhaust. They have the price at 749.99. Are we talking about the same pipe?

Did you check the Akrapovik site , there is a dynochart of the exhaust system and you'll see the power increasement .
I saw on another site (didn't remember the address) where you can buy the Akrapovic full titane exhaust system in united state but the price is very high i think more than 1000$ but here in europe we can buy the whole system for less than 730 euros.
If someone is interested i can try to contact the dealer here in belgium to see how is the cost for delivery to you guys

730 E = 775.20 US www.akrapovic.net has them for 750 shipped.

The conversion is wrong.
730 euros is 701$.
With my rebate ( i'm not a professional ) i can get it for 600 euros (577 $) plus shipping ( around 50$ with fedex).

i,ve got an 03 crf450. i just put an fmf t4 system on it that my fmf rep gave me. the pipe improved midrange quite a bit lets the bike rev out some more, plus it sounds awesome, real loud, fits great and easy install.i went with the stainless steel header and mid pipe so in case i smash the pipe i can have it fixed. i may have gotten my exhaust for free but who can afford the white bros race system and i.m betting most of you don't even use all the stock hp that the bike has
