In this same thread, and from various people, I'd heard that Pacific does a great job at fixing dents. I, however, am somewhat dissatissfied with their work. I just got my pipe back today, and now, instead of having one big dent, it now has 5-6 smaller ones. It's not that it doesn't look any better, just that I had expected more. One of the tabs were also bent out of place, and the pipe wouldn't fit. That was no biggie, I just wonder why it happened? I had a total of about 12 small dings from rocks and such, and all of them are still there. They only "fixed" one dent. I expected more for $60... Maybe I was hoping for too much?

Q. Will my pipe be "perfect"?
A. Our goal is to restore original performance to your pipe, this means to restore original volume in each section of the pipe. Once a pipe is dented is is impossible to make it "perfect" because we cannot unstretch metal that is fatigued or stretched. However, it will be close to perfect and we do guarantee your satisfaction of our work.
Absolute satisfaction or your dinero back!
So why don't you talk to Pacific Pipe Repair, you don't like it they give your money back. Seems pretty simple to me :thumb:

Stan;
Sorry your experience with them wasnt as positive as mine, my pipe was pushed back into the engine which in turn bent the rear of the pipe into the shock... when I got it back from them, I almost mistook it for a new pipe except for one small blemish where a crease had been. (how do you undo a crease in metal?) I was 110% satisfied with the service and lightning fast turn around time. If your not satisfied, give them a call. my $.02
