Have you been to Jackson's (pumpkin farm) at all? He's got two MX tracks and charges $10 to ride. He is right in Campville between Owego and Endicott.

If you want I can put you on the Damn Yankee Dirt Rider's email distribution list for upcoming group rides. They are usually out of the area but with in a few hours drive.
