I have a 1984 Honda CR250 basket case bike that needs assembly. I popped the cases and top end apart to check it out. The tranny and crank are in good shape and I bored and honed the cylinder and fitted a new top end to it. I also TIG welded a skid plate to the frame to repair some minor bottoming damage. The bike needs to be assembled. It has new chain and sprockets and a front fender. Everything else is in good shape. The suspension components aren't leaking and the linkage is free.
I can ship this bike by UPS and I'm only asking $400 for everything. If I have to assemble it into a whole bike it will be significantly more.
If you or your friends are looking for a cheap dirt bike, this is the best deal you'll ever find!
The 1984 CR250 was a great bike in its time, strong, stable, and reliable.
