CRF Springs

What weight will stock CRF450R spings support with proper sag? I've been told 200lb, but that seems a little stiff for stock springs.

The MX-Tech Spring Rate Generator says stock 02 CRF springs are good for 215lb motor cross. It does not list the 03's. Do 03's have the same rate springs as 02's?

I think the 03s are stiffer.

03's are .47 same as 02. The rear spring went up in rate to 5.6
