I have just started racing hair scrambles in NC. I have dialed in my front shocks after replacing the original one's with a 42 and adjusting to my 185 pound weight. I have set the rear shock sag as suggested by the forum. But what is the suggested Rebound and compression settings for my weight, lots of jumps (bumps) and fast speeds? Please help!!!

There isn't a 'suggested' setting. Might as well ask what jets to run.
It's a process. Go to jeremy's website (mx-tech). Click on <tuning>
....or (cuz I just did it for 'ya), click here:

Bascially, compression needs to be SOFT enough (clicks out) to absorb impacts without jacking your arse, HARD enough (clicks in) to take as large an impact as you're going to give it. Rebound needs to be FAST enough (clicks out) to be ready for the next impact (not 'pack'), SLOW enough (clicks in) to keep the wheel on the ground during the rebound process.
..it's hare scrambles btw...as in wabbit??
