2000 CR Springs

I have 2 springs from a 2000 Cr125 and 250. Can anyone tell me the spring rate on these stock springs?

Assuming we are speaking shock springs, the 250 is 4.75

goto www.mx-tech.com and it has a spring rate program-put in your details and it will tell you the correct springs and the std ones.
