How to Change Fork oil in CR250r

Hello
Can anyone out there point me in the right direction for a HOW TO for changing the fork oil in my CR250. I have never done this before. I would really like a very detailed instructions (On the WWW) for doing this.

go to www.mx-tech.com and go to the downloads section. There are a number of files that describe the procedure to change the fork oil.

Buy a Honda factory manuel for your bike and then you will be able to do most maintance on your bike with little or no problems.

Go to race tech and by the correct tools. You will need the fork cap wrench(50mm) and the little thingy that fit at the bottom that hold the damper.

the mx-tech web site will show u how, as will a manual. any tools u need u should allready have if u own a bike and and the others u can make for next to nothing if ur smart!
